United Water Restoration did an amazing job fixing the damage in our home caused by a water pipe leak. The team, led by Nick, conducted an extensive review to determine where the damage was inside our walls. They explained the whole process in detail and worked directly with my insurance company. They did a clean job of removing what was needed to get to the water damage and documented everything in detail to provide to insurance. I hope I never need to use their services again, but if I ever do, I know I’ll be in good hands. Thanks Nick and team!
I was on a business trip when my wife called to tell me a pipe in our crawl space was leaking. She was able to get in touch with United Water Restoration of LI. They came rather quickly and managed to minimize the water damage. We were pleased to find out that they also offered clean up services. This was great because it lessened our stress and made the entire process seamless. At a time of great need they were able to offer great services.
We recently had a serious issue with a water leak & resultant black mold. We called United Water Restoration and they came the next day to give us advise & guidance. Nick Paneblanco, their representative, was extremely helpful and offered both advice and reassurance to my son. He spent considerable time explaining our options and what we should expect with this type of job. Overall, even though we ultimately used a different company, we were very happy with this company and would not hesitate to reach out to them for future needs if necessary.
