The worst experience EVER with this little agency. I chose them to manage my child's CDPAP program for I decided to be the worker. It became extremely frustrating just over a blood test results which was NEGATIVE and they first stated that they needed to talk to the doctor and I was OK with it. Then, a different story was given, that they needed to speak with the Case Representative, which I chose it also but they didn't answer the phone... way TOO MUCH just to have them to make money over my family's cae. Choosing a different agency. TOO MUCH aggravation so do not recommend it.

Honestly the worst company to work for and the worst company to trust your love ones with. These people are horrible! My mother used to work for them for 15 years, she was placed on disability. I personally hand in the disability forms. they lose the form and claimed that they never received it to not pay my mom anything for her disability. It’s disgusting how they run this organization. They do not care about their employees. The managers are super rude. And it’s just a horrible place to work for Would not recommend them to anyone.
