Slight misunderstanding about the pricing. I was called by the owner Dominic (not sure if you spell it like that) and he assured me it would be resolved. He was right, my cesspool was serviced again and we fixed the issue. A highlight about this owner, very nice, understanding, and reasonable. I did not ask for a refund or price reduction, only what we agreed to over the phone with the office originally. Most companies would not take the extra step to make sure the customer is happy and/or resolve an issue amicably. Dom and his crew are top notch. Came out quickly for an estimate. They were straight forward and honest. Came back, dug up my existing pools and inspected them. Filed all paperwork, and got on the schedule. They came when they said they would. Everything turned out fantastic. Zero complaints on my end. Price was fair and they did everything they said they would. Highly recommend them.
