“I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus in mid March on a Friday and started therapy the following Monday. I thought it would be too soon and that my recovery would take a long time. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. Jamie is amazing, Clo and Carrie have helped me to regain full mobility and Sam has been so awesome at helping me regain my strength. “Top Notch Spa name does fit, at least for the 90 deep tissue massage that I asked for ??. I've receiving massages throughout this continent and others since 2012 and this is my first time getting one in NY since I left in 2009. Yeah I'm super late but it was it worth it ??‍♂️. My masseuse was firm and confident in her sequence, and that how I prefer it. She communicated and assured everything is going well at the beginning part. “I am not a real Eastern medicine guy and I am not really comfortable with acupuncture. I only went to Joe as a last resort. (I am an avid surfer and had neck and shoulder pain for weeks to the point I could not paddle). I am so GRATEFUL I finally went. Joe is a professional who knows exactly which muscles and points to hit. I got needles, massage, and cups. On his advice, I took the next day to rest and was in the water the following day feeling great. I still can’t believe it. I HIGHLY recommend. .“

“Can’t recommend this place enough! Hanna and her team are friendly and talented. I often see Nina but you really can’t go wrong with any of the technicians taking care of you. I get powder gel manicures that barely made it through the week at other salons but often make it to 3 weeks if my schedule doesn’t line up in order for me to get in earlier (before the grow out).
Because of my job, I cannot get too crazy with the designs or colors but I’ve seen their work on other clients and they all seem pleased.

The hour long massage got better and better as the hour progressed! The masseuse had strong hands which resulted in a deep massage that was just what I needed. The pressure was perfect (most massages I’ve had at other establishments were a bit soft), but these hands were strong, effective and removed many knots from my back and shoulders.
