“I visited Dr. Garman for a general wellness check and to discuss a few minor issues that I'd had pop up from time to time. They weren't a major deal - but they were recurring. As luck would have it, the day I had my appointment one of the issues popped up and my lower/mid back was a bit stiff.Dr. Garman was kind enough to spend the time with me to evaluate range of motion and then she asked me to hold my legs in a certain position and to resist her pushing, then with my arms in a certain position and to resist her pushing. I'm not a small guy and I consider myself to be in reasonable shape. I was shocked when I couldn't resist her pushing even a little bit!She then made several adjustments and massaged a few muscles - including a rather uncomfortable manipulation of my abs and several muscles in my legs and hips. Uncomfortable meaning they were a bit tender from the moment she started manipulating them - and I hadn't realized it until she started!Once she was done, she asked me to again hold my legs and resist her pushing - and suddenly I could resist her without even trying!I was in complete disbelief that just a quick manipulation of some muscles and several adjustments could have such a major and immediate improvement! I haven't been able to bend backwards in years - one of those things I just attributed to getting older. Suddenly, I have such incredible range of motion and ZERO pain, stiffness, or anything feeling uncomfortable!I'm a huge fan of Dr. Garman - I cannot recommend her highly enough - even if you've had chiropractic care in the past, I PROMISE you haven't had ANYTHING like the care that Dr. Garman offers! Book an appointment. It's one of the best decisions you can make for your own care!“

“I went in for a visit to Rush-Henrietta Family Chiropractic not able to work. Before this I had tried the ER and Urgent care. They couldn't help and we all know how far out doctors are booking these days. When Dr. Wong assessed my neck and shoulder injury, He immediately pointed out something my Wife had been mentioning recently as well.The first visit was rough, to no fault of his (my physical state was really bad). After the second visit I could feel a great deal of difference and could tell things were on the mend.
