My brother, dad, uncles, cousins and aunts at one time had theeir services here from Jerimiah Senior (who I remember from my childhood) to Jerry Junior who eventually took over before passing himself. Jerry used to have me laughing about his experiences in Morehouse and NYU.
Their services were used for my Grandmother's funeral arrangements. There were some bumps in the road that were quickly ironed out, particularly around the final cost of the funeral package. I ordered a white casket with pink lining but the casket arrived all pink (with pink lining)..not sure how that error occurred and it was too late to correct it because my Grandmother was already dressed and displayed in it. The interior aesthetics of the funeral home could benefit with a complete makeover. Staff were really nice and their overall work was appreciated.
Mr. And Mrs. Gaffney along with their staff offered exemplary services for my mother’s funeral. Anna, the FH’s coordinator was compassionate and kind and helped eased a lot of our worry and stress in planning. Special attention and care was shown at every turn- programs, special guest accommodations, ease on streaming service for loved ones that could not attend - our family was very pleased with how every detail was handled with care and dignity. We will never forget the personalized treatment we received at JC Gaffney FH - thank you so much Mr. And Mrs. Gaffney for all you did for my family during this tough time!
