Wonderful company to work with! Jaylyn and Mikey were very nice and very respectful and did an excellent job installing a water softener and fixing a pesky leak. The owner, Scott, is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate all their help and hard work. If any plumbing issues come up, I will not hesitate to call them. We have used cleveland plumbing for years for servicing our boiler and never had an issue. The techs have always been very knowledgeable and informative. We just recently had our boiler replaced after having bought this house Ren years ago and they did a professional job. Thank you cleveland plumbing.
On Tuesday 6/18 your repairman Dave came to my Apartment on a service call for my air conditioner. He had been to my complex before so he knew the equipment. Dave had my problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and was very patient with me when I asked 100 questions on moving forward. He made suggestions and recommendations on what needed to be done if my unit went out again. The thing that got to me was that he came back after he had eaten lunch to check to make sure my A/C was working sufficiently. You don't see that kind of service nowadays. Thank you Dave!!
