The staff goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive top-notch care, with veterinarians providing thorough explanations and updates on treatment. The hospital's team is also empathetic and supportive during difficult times, offering a sympathetic ear and understanding approach.
My wife and I have a rescue dog, Winston, who suffers from severe anxiety during normal day to day events like walks, groomers, vet appointments, and strangers. Ensuring he has proper health care is important and all the people at Harborside are truly fantastic, from the receptionists to the tech supports to the vets themselves. We have been bringing Winston in to Harborside for nearly 3 years since we adopted him and every visit they treat him with the utmost care and concern. They routinely go above and beyond for not only his comfort, but for ours as parents as well.

This office is wonderful and Dr. England is amazing!!! We r never going to another vet again!!! It’s a long drive for us to get there and it’s worth every minute to get our cat the best care possible. So happy with this place!!!
I took my cats to this vet hospital for many years and found the staff to be very competent and caring. It is often difficult to find a good vet for one's beloved pets and this medical facility was the only place I would go when I lived on Long Island. Dr. McCormack, in particular, is a very good doctor and an all around nice person. The vet technicians are also very helpful and kind. The front desk personnel are also very kind and interested in the pets and the pets' families. I miss living on Long Island for many reasons, but not havaing Harborside to turn to when my cats are not well is one of the biggest concerns I have now. I would recommend this place and often do!!
