I highly recommend Building Services, Inc. for their outstanding commercial cleaning services. Their team is professional, reliable, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. They pay close attention to detail, use environmentally friendly cleaning methods, and offer exceptional customer service. Overall, they are the best in the business and consistently exceed expectations.
My neighborhood in Queens NY, especially my block, got hit hard by Hurricane Ida. I called about 15 different businesses for assistance in cleaning up water damage in my basement. No answer on any of my calls and I did not leave any messages.Ten minutes later I received a call back from the owner of Building Services, Michael, saying he missed my call asking me if I needed help. I was very surprised considering it was a state of emergency and he was overwhelmed with many similar requests. He was so professional, kind, understanding of my situation and eager to help. After the storm last night, my basement got flooded badly with four feet of water. Building Services had an incredibly quick response time and was able to help us out the following morning. They worked diligently with smiles on their faces and provided expert remediation services. The staff was professional, efficient, and got the job done. Couldn’t be more grateful for their services, I highly recommend them!
