We were having an issue with a fairly new dishwasher not draining. I called American services appliance repair and from the beginning to the end it was a great experience. They kept in contact with us like they said they would and when the technician Alex showed up he was very personable, and respectful. He fixed the issue which thankfully was just a clogged hose. He could of said it needed a new discharge pump but he was honest. I will definitely use them again when needed and I highly recommend them.
