They saved the day by stepping into a complicated project and were able to complete things before the weather got too cold to dig and pour concrete. Communication was consistent, and Todd was great at predicting any style decisions we didn't make yet. Pricing was fair and Todd even suggested creative ways to cut costs or adjust the budget without compromising on our vision. The project included excavating, masonry, electric, heating, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and coordinating with the town inspector, an architect, an expeditor, and an outside fence company. Every worker hired was professional and Todd was great at easing any anxieties about the demolition and lining things up exactly with the proposed drawings.
