Nicky and his men at KO have absolutely gone above and beyond. We had missing patches from a wall we took down through the middle of this room and you would NEVER know. Their refinish is impeccable. I genuinely shed tears when I saw the results because I couldn’t even imagine it being this seamless and blended into the original wood. Exceeded expectations ten fold. K.O. Did a new floor install on my main upper living area, stairs and railings. Prior to that they had refinished my 4 bedroom and some repairs that had heavy staining. The entire job was hassle free and on schedule. They were able to work with my other contractors without interference. My whole house looks beautiful.
