Great Experience! I don’t shop at the brand/store at all but I wish I could return regularly at this location for the rare times I do.

I don’t think I caught her name but a woman with blond/brown curly hair helped us. She was so kind and patient. Also, she let us know of a 20% coupon on the Ulta Beauty App which was a HUGE lifesaver. Not that we needed the coupon but, hey, SAVE WHENEVER YOU CAN.

As a person with curly hair they keep everything stocked and have a multiple great brands. They do restock often and have a variety of products from that brand instead of just three things.

Ordered pump bottles on Amazon and I couldn't get them to work. I went to Ulta to replace the pumps and the salesperson looked at the one that didn't work...and fixed it! Now I call that terrific customer service!
