What a wonderful experience and huge selection of eyewear! Crystal is always so helpful & knowledgeable in this Sterling Optical location. She is always so helpful when I return for adjustments that I may need! This Store is immaculate with great parking around! Love my new purple glasses! .
Crystal the GM is just an amazing professional who takes pride in her industry. She really cares about her clients that come in. She took a significant amount of time to check in on me. I had a bad case of Brow Ptosis and she made sure that my eye glasses were tinted like a sunset to distract from my condition. She saved me for work and social settings. She also made me special tinted prescription glasses. She is a real Pro! She will tell you the truth and not just upsell you on glasses that won’t fit your face. I wish there was a ten star rating for my experience with Crystal the manager of this gem of an establishment.Crystal is the epitome of excellence for professional, personable , knowledgeable, exceptional customer service . As a customer at this business for quite a few years now my go to place for all my optical needs.
