I absolutely love this place! The team is always so kind, welcoming and extremely patient. They deal with really nasty clients in the most professional form. Jenn, Suhmy and Annie are always smiling and helpful. I’ve seen Maria babysit client’s children just so they may have their nails done!! They always make me feel super special! It’s truly unbelievable to go to a spa and see them put their heart into their work. They fit clients in without appointments and they memorize my name. This place was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon, but the prices looked fair and you can book online so I gave QQ a shot. I walked in (they didn’t verify that I had an appointment but I did make one prior) and was helped right away. Lots of colors to pick from, mostly pinks and reds, but something for everyone if that’s not your thing. I got a GelX set with tips, which I had never gotten done before. The tech applying the gel and tips seemed like a total pro and did a very nice job on creating the faux nails. Amy at Queen Quality nail did an amazing job on my nails that were destroyed and damaged! So Happy to have beautiful strong healthy nails once again. Highly recommend can’t wait for my next visit ☺️??
