Huntington Medical and Rehabilitation

This might be a perfectly adequate chiropractor but I'll never find out. I've scheduled two appointments with Dr. Susserman's office and both times when I showed up, their office was closed. The first time, my Saturday appointment was confirmed on a Friday and I showed up to a closed office (turns out the office is actually closed on Saturdays which you would think would stop the office staff from scheduling and confirming appointments, but what do I know). This review is strictly for massage therapy. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to get a massage on my birthday. I took day off from work. I was told massage therapist comes in at 11:00am so I booked 11:30am. I thought it was odd I didn't receive any confirmation the day before so I called in morning and got vague response of 'we don't have a massage therapist here anymore' but I will check into it. Later I got call from a chiropractor who gave a half assed apology saying sorry about the miscommunication. Could care less. The name is a little misleading as it doesn't immediately suggest chiropractic care being the focal service offered, but this is a really great office. My partner and I have been coming here regularly for about 2 years to treat our various sports-related aches and pains and have had very positive experiences with each of the chiropractors, including Drs. Sussman, Beck, and Elsholz. They are thorough and caring and I see results almost immediately. The in-office masseuse, Chris, is also very good and very pleasant. it's very easy to make an appointment and the wait is non-existent. They accept most insurances.
