They were so amazingly helpful in getting my hot tub up and running for the first time. Everyone was so knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to in detail, and after testing my water multiple times to get the right chemical levels gave me clear instructions on everything I had to do. 10/10 would recommend using them.
We were blown away by the expertise, patience, and friendliness we experienced at this establishment. Tracy spent almost an hour explaining chemicals and options to us, without being the least bit patronizing. Very grateful for all her help!
