I'm from NYC and this is the only place up here that has the products I'm used to. The service is fantastic and Nellie is just the sweetest, most patient person ever. My 4 year old daughter won't let anyone besides her do her hair--not even me any more.

My mother had an appointment with Nelly and it went fantastic! Her hair was in need of some professional care and that's exactly what we got. Nelly dyed and braided her hair and i love it, my father loves it, but most importantly of all my mother loves it! Nelly was even kind enough to make some tea for her!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service in my opinion and I'll be booking an appointment for myself as well! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I LOOOOOVVVVVEEEE this place! It’s fully stocked with so many products, is clean, and has many great selections to choose from. I'm very picky about where I shop and I can honestly say I was not disappointed at all here. The owners are very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I highly recommend this store.
