Claverack replaced my entire water filtration system in the house I just bought. I have never had a well, and wasn’t sure who to call, or trust, but I had a great experience with Claverack. Steve and Jay showed up when they said they would, answered all my questions, then dismantled my outdated system and replaced it with a more efficient one that doesn’t use chlorine and requires no maintenance. They were both professional and worked well as a team. They carried away some junk the previous owner had left in the utility room, cleaned up after themselves, and gave some attention to my bathroom faucet that had become clogged during the installation. Today late in the afternoon we had no water. After a call to Claverack Well and Pump, within an hour they were pulling in the driveway. The technicians were great and diagnosed the problem quickly. Our well pump had gone bad and needed to be replaced which they did quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed with the care they took not to damage my new rose bush.
Phenomenal service! The guys who came out to my house were really knowledgeable and super patient with all my questions. My pump burnt out after a storm and we had not idea! These guys figured it out so fast and helped me get to the bottom of how to prevent it in the future. What could have been a nightmare was so smooth because of Claverack W&P. Thank you guys!!!
