At first, I was fine with what they did. They put luan down first, then vinyl. Within a few months, the vinyl started lifting in some small areas, so every time I stepped on it, I could hear it touching the glue and popping back up, like the glue was trying to stick to it. They sent someone to investigate, but they gave me a lame excuse about the subfloor, so did absolutely nothing.I should mention that they used a circular saw to shorten two doors and it chipped all the way across. Even I know, how it needed to be done correctly! Same with my bathroom vanity. Rather than removing it, they used a reciprocating saw to shorten the legs.
