I don't have the words to describe what an amazing experience it is for my family being a customer with these folks. Lily, Shelly, Scott, and of course, Dexter. Unbelievably fair, honest, caring, outstanding to deal with. You just don't see care and professionalism on this level anymore. They took over our pool for the closing last year and when they opened it in the Spring, it never looked better and did not even need chemicals. My old company would get us for about 100.00 every opening for just chemicals. I would spend hundreds of dollars every year on chemicals with my old company. This season, I spent a little over 30.00 ...... for the entire season!!!... read full review

I've had nothing but great experiences from this company. I had Scott change out the sand and replace a broken lateral in the filter with no issues, and then later had them close the pool and install a new safety cover. Everything has been flawless and the pool was the cleanest I've ever seen it since purchasing the house 3 years ago. Would absolutely recommend and hire again for future work. Also, these guys don't try to get you to buy a bunch of chemicals and stuff you don't need, ie: they aren't /salesmen/ and their prices are fair for the market around here. I’ve been using Baker for the last few years for our openings and closing and have nothing but good things to say about them! They are prompt, responsive and all around great people. Would recommend to anyone looking for pool care.
