I hired Pure Perfection after the original company I hired ghosted me. They were very responsive and worked hard and fast to get it done for us. The patio and firepit they built for us couldn’t be better. We absolutely love it and recommend Jim and the team at Pure Perfection. Looking forward to working with them again in the spring to get my landscaping finished.
After losing power, on Wednesday night, we had no water when power was restored. I called Rosick and Rachel was very helpful in collecting my info and what the problem was. And although all crews were out, she said they would be there in 2-3 hours. But thankfully, she called back to tell me one of the crews had finished their job and would be over in 30-45 minutes.Joe and Dale arrived in less than 30 minutes. They first came into the house to assess the situation. They then went out to the well and pulled the pump. After reeling in over 300’, they found the problem to be a cut wire. The cause was typically from the torque of the pump as well as corrosion. They repaired the wire and also taped down the wires to the pump’s hose which hadn’t originally been done. And after checking the pressure switch and guage, they also brought a compressor in to put air in the tank.Our water pressure now is better than it’s ever been.Professional, courteous and friendly!Thank you Joe, Dale and Rachel. I have nothing but great things to say about Nate and Tom. I know, and I’m sure everyone else can agree, no matter which seat you sit in, you are guaranteed a great cut. They take their time. I have never felt rushed, even when it’s busy and there are 4-5 other people waiting for cuts. I love listening to the passion these two have for their trade.

I went for bloodwork which required fasting a few months ago because it was more convenient since I live in Hudson Falls. The staff was very welcoming, pleasant, and very accommodating of my disabilities. The waiting area, reception area, bathroom, and procedure area were all clean and organized. They had the results to my doctor at Irongate quickly also.
Absolutely I would recommend this group. I had a 4 season room put on and the experience was great. These guys showed up every day and worked full days to get things completed. Their work is exceptional.

I absolutely loved how my hair turned out. I was in town visiting a friend and decided to see if there was any salons near by that could take me last min. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. I’m so glad I went! The owner did my hair and she did exactly what I wanted. My highlights came out perfect. We chatted for a while and she’s super fun and nice! The space was open and clean and I loved how she used Olaplex products on my hair since it’s my favorite brand. I will definitely make an effort to come here again when I’m in town.
