You can definitely tell there is new ownership. I have been coming here for years and only did so out of necessity. As daunting as laundry services can be, this is by far the best. They make this less of a chore and more of an experience. Great customer service.

The owner is super sweet. She gets to know her clients and always feel safe/comfortable doing my laundry here. Reasonable pricing and clean clothes, what more can you ask for in NY.

In the past it wasn’t of the brightest places.But now it has improved to a better more reliable place with free pickup and drop off.And there costumer service improved by a lot and the machines are better now thanks to new ownership?
