The owner of this place believes in running his workers into the ground just to make a dollar. Absolutely horrible communication. The lack of professionalism is downright disgusting. They keep the good for nothing workers that are always calling off or showing up late but they fire the ones that actually showed up and did more than what was asked from them. But when that great worker gets burned out from all the drama and nonsense, and decides to take a mental health day, they fire him. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.

I worked here as a temp. The quality of the products they make is top notch and the way they treat their employees is exemplary. It was only a temporary position for me, but I would have absolutely accepted if they had offered full time. They products from an amazing material. It's a type of silicon based putty that can be shapes and formed into anything. Once hardened, it can withstand ANYTHING. It's designed to be non abrasive so even if you run minerals such as coal or even hardened metals over it, it won't ware down.
