Wonderful! Thorough, detailed explanation, and handled Charlie , the little disabled black cat, with care and love! Charlie said "I was kinda scared, but they were sooo nice!"
We love Lake Road! I have five pets and it becomes difficult to manage when they each need vaccines, blood work, annuals, etc, but lake road is always very accommodating and eager to help. We have a couple difficult to work with animals and they always make me feel comfortable leaving them there to be sedated for vet visits. They also take the time to talk with you thoroughly about issues with your pets so you fully understand treatment plans.
Dr. Gardiner and LVT Jessica Borden were very attentive, gracious and knowledgeable. I am grateful for Lake Road Animal Hospital's time and services. Great facility! Very clean and well maintained as well!!
