Follow up appointment for our Springer Spaniel after Dr. Brennan said that she was healing very well. The surgery on her 'knee' was a complete success. He anticipated her complete recovery by summer. The doctor and his staff did a remarkable job with her rebuild. We are ? percent satisfied with all aspects of treatment.

The vet is great with my dog, the transition from appointment to front desk could improve. I stood at the front after being directed by the vet whom I assumed had let them know who I was paying for. The receptionist kept her eyes on the screen, did not say one word until another receptionist walked up. Then she asked that receptionist if she was going to check panda out. You mean to tell me I have been standing here and you have’t been working on checking me out. Needless to say the front office staff needs improvement.

First time at Lake Road ofr exam and vaccines. The staff were very friendly and kind. Facilities are attractive and spacious. Vet offered suggestions and explained exam throughly. Great experience.
