Been going there for years, Most times its done very nice. I get three colors foiled in. Last time I went the girl was new and did a terrible job. I am going back after a break and looking like a witch and getting it done by one of the girls that has been there a long time. Can't wait to get it looking good again..

Had an appointment with Kelsey and it was NOT good. She wouldn’t listen to me about my daughters hair and just kept say she was worried about it being to short. Kid hacked her hair off I wanted it short. It still bothers me that’s why I had to post. Took daughter else where to get it fixed and it looks amazing

Had an appointment with Bethany this morning. She's definitely talented, but she cut my hair in about 15 minutes and it was a major cut. She was cutting so fast that I was nervous of mistakes, and when I got home my husband pointed out that I have an area at my hairline approximately 2 inches across that is nearly to my scalp. I'm upset, but what can I do? Other than mention where I received this lesson learned and move along. I'm disappointed though, as this was the first time in years I've treated myself to a 40$ hair cut.
