Jason and Mike typically perform the inspections together so you get 2 sets of eyeballs and twice the expertise and institutional knowledge. Great reports and you can schedule follow up calls to drill down on findings and recommendations. Patty and I take our due diligence for investment properties seriously and Jason and Mike have given us the data and confidence to make sight unseen purchases and cancellations. MJN & PLN
