Horseheads Zoom Tan is the Best. The Associates are always so very pleasant and helpful, especially RoseAnn! She's a phenomenal lady! She's always so welcoming! This salon is exceptionally well maintained as well. Always spic and span clean! Shiny floors and no dust bunnies! This tanning salon comes highly recommended by me!

The Horseheads Zoom Tan is the cleanest salon I've visited in the Chemung County area. Staff are very friendly and quite knowledgeable with regard to the products they sell.I often see one of your associates, Rose Ann, working more often then the others when I come in to tan. Seriously folks; you should clone this individual as the ideal sales associate. Always friendly and positive; she has outstanding 'people skills'. She takes a great deal of pride in ensuring the shop is maintained and clean . She informs me of the latest products and sales going on that fit my needs ..I will continue to tan at Horseheads Zoom Tan and I recommend it!
