Exactly what Shawn said. They do not answer the phone, there is no way to leave a message or anything. Don't waste your time, Isaac always picks up or offers a callback service.
For a 24 hr emergency plumbing business, no one likes to answer the phone on a weekend. So had to deal with plumbing issues all weekend. Got a plumber Monday morning at a different location.
Beware! In November our control board went out on our furnace that is only a few years old due to corrosion (This was an oversight on the company that installed it in the first place. They never put a cap on it where the water pours out so when the air conditioner would run it would leak right down onto the control board). Anyway it finally went and we had Main Heating and plumbing come replace the board. They were prompt and fit in my price range for what I expected. That was the good part. It was downhill from there. About a week later the blower went. It didn't really make any sense because we have never had an issue with that before. I went down and when I opened the panel there was a roughly 3"x3" piece of thin sheet metal that was split inside the blower. I thought it was odd but didn't really think anymore about it. It made no sense considering I have small children who I have to tell all the time to stay away from the vent. There were no crayons, No Toys, and no paper etc. but there was a piece of sheet metal. That piece of metal would have had to travel down the vent, through the filter, up over a ledge, and into the blower. I called them again and they came out to replace the blower. About a week later again almost like clockwork the blower worked but the heat wasn't working. I thought at this point "How is this even possible". I took the panel off again and this is when it all clicked. The ground wire to the board was not attached with a screw but resting on the area it should be and the ground wire coming from the blower was ever so lightly attached with a screw. With these boards they have to have the ground wire attached because of a safety mechanism in place. So after they installed the blower it worked fine for about a week but do to hot cold hot cold it finally lost the connection it needed. I firmly attached both ground wires as they should be and voila everything works perfect. I'm sure they are expecting another phone call from me but NEVER AGAIN! !Like I said Beware!
