“I had foot surgery almost 2 years ago. prior to the surgery; on average i would run 5-8 miles a day along with participating in races. Since the surgery , i haven’t been able to walk more than from my car to my front step without being in excruciating pain. I never slept through the night without waking in pain. One treatment by John and i’m pain free! I’m actually going to go out for a run for the first time in YEARS. I can finally play competitive volleyball, again, with my daughter.
