“I went to Cornerstone Dental in their Henrietta, NY location yesterday for a cleaning, X-Rays and an exam and it was an absolute pleasure on every level!! Christine at the Front Desk was SO much fun and friendly, which started my appointment off right. Next, my Dental Hygienist, Sonny, did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and doing my X-Rays! I didn't have one ounce of pain!!!! She was SO much fun, kind, gentle and friendly. My dentist, Dr. Kaylee Pollitt, is also very nice and gentle with my teeth. When my appointment was finished, the Manager, Carla Brucato came out to say hi! She was also SO friendly!! I was SO pleased and look forward to going back in February! They are also in the process of remodeling and the office looks very sleek and professional! I had an excellent experience on every level at Cornerstone Dental in Henrietta, NY!! Thank you to everyone there!!!! I'll definitely be back!!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Celestial Dental. The office staff are kind and helpful, much more than other medical offices. Every staff member at Celestial Dental treated me with care and compassion. I have had horrific experiences with dental work, which caused severe anxiety and avoiding dental care. I am extremely difficult to numb and I have woken up from deep sedation general anesthesia screaming in pain. Dr. C and Hannah did absolutely everything they could to help with my anxiety and unusual numbing issues. I had an urgent need to get 2 teeth extracted and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The extraction ended up being extremely difficult, Dr. C had to drill a little into my jaw. I had preciously gone to Oral-Maxillofacial Surgeons who could not extract these teeth. Dr. C and all of his staff helped to ease my anxiety as much as possible. My pain was minimal due to all the careful attention and monitoring by Dr. C and Hannah. I cannot thank Dr. C and all his staff enough for helping me with dental issues I have had for years due to other dental offices not being able to numb me properly. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Also, I want to add how cool the space decorations and lighting are. They definitely help with distracting you if you're anxious“

“My adult son had an extraction attempt at another dentist but it was discontinued due the roots too near the sinus. Dentist recommended an oral surgeon but they were booked into February. Henrietta Family Dental made him an appointment to assess and hopefully extract but the roots were tangled too close for comfort. The Doctor and his office manager went above and beyond to get him into Rochester Oral Surgery in a few days. All this and we were not regular patients! So much appreciation from myself and my son! These people care!!“

“I'm not a patient of Dr. Ricci but if I didn't have a good dentist, I would be. Dr. Ricci was covering for my regular dentist while he was out of town. As luck would have it, I broke a pretty large filling. Dr. Ricci made time for me immediately. He was friendly, and is skilled with the needle ( no novacaine zing ). He drilled out the old filling, and replaced it in about an hours time. If you're looking for a dentist whose friendly, skilled, and just an all-around nice guy. I would highly recommend you go see Dr. Ricci.“

“My husband's bridge is terrible!! the teeth do not match in size with his regular teeth, he has a speech impediment while wearing the bridge, he can't smile because it looks so awful and they will not fix there mistake without asking for more money. I would never recommend this place!“
