I contacted Paul Dulieu from a strong recommendation by a local heavy equipment dealer that I trust. After explaining what I needed to have done, Paul impressed me with his familiarity with exactly what I needed to have done on my property to restore it after having nearly 30 ash trees recently removed. He promptly stopped by the property and reviewed what I had described and provided me with a very competitive quote and imminent date to complete the work. He explained the equipment he was bringing in and did a full walk of the property to ensure he had the needed access to all of the areas that needed topsoil and proper grading. In the subsequent days Paul communicated closely with me as I had to work with a local topsoil supplier to set up a 40 yard delivery the same day Paul recommended the job be done (to avoid heavy incoming rain). The day of the scheduled work Paul arrived and was ready to start by 8:00 am just after the topsoil was delivered by Syracusa Sand & Gravel. Paul was absolutely a master of his Bobcat T550 and completed the distribution and proper blending/grading of all of the topsoil by 4pm that day. By the time Paul was done, my property looked far better overall than I ever could have imagined. His attention to detail and his skill with that Bobcat exceeded my expectations for the needed work. Great communication, meeting all commitments he made, great pricing, EXCELLENT quality of work done and being overall easy to work with has earned Paul a 5-Star feedback rating. Paul completed a large patio project for us earlier this summer. We are completely thrilled with the end result. Paul was responsive throughout the proposal and planning phases.
