In 2021 because of COVID we couldn't have in person appointment and I was too late to even schedule an appointment over zoom or mail, so I ended up doing it via online program. I ended up paying 50% of what I pay usually (it was the higher end charge for that online service because I requested unlimited live person phone support). Let me tell you, you get what you pay for.
