I can’t say enough about my experience with having 3 ductless mini split a/c units installed. The estimate with Robert was smooth and easy. The crew, led by Pedro, were neat, efficient and thoughtful during the install. I would highly recommend Scarpelli Mechanical.
Ethical company. Great work at a fair price.
New homeowners, new to central air. Our unit began leaking from the attic crawlspace and into our bedroom damaging the sheetrock and leaking into our new carpet. It is July. It is hot. Our son is autistic and has sensory processing issues. I have autoimmune challenges and am deathly allergic to mold. We asked our community for recommendations, called at least 15 places desperate to get this resolved before there was more damage. Most places were either booked or wanted to charge upfront fees of $300+. Half didn’t even bother returning our calls. Scarpelli was referred to us by a few people and we were hoping to hear back since we are big supporters of small/family owned businesses. Not only did they get back to us within a few hours, but Johnny showed up by 10am (on-time), was able to do some contortionist level acrobatics to access the main drain pipe in our attic crawl space, serviced the unit, cleared a clog, coached us on how the systems works and warning signs so we can catch issues before another leak occurs. Within an hour. That is some HVAC ninja level skills. All said and done it was barely $175 with tax! Thank you guys soooooo much!!!!!!! -Ginger & Ed Okun
