John and his team at Scarpelli Mechanical are amazing. I had them at my home for three days. My old central a/c system died, originally installed in 1976. John came to my home, and examined and inspected the entire home, attic to basement. He sat with me and my Wife and explained to use and showed us what exactly was needed and why. At no point did John pressure us or trick us into buying anything we didn't need or want. Once everything was agreed upon, John showed up, with his crew, and again went over everything that needed to be done.
