After using Dave Lange for pump out service a few times we called again for a clogged lateral drain line to a dry well. We had been satisfied with the response time and service before and assumed we would get the same again. They came promptly and attempted to clear the line, but after a half hour told me the line was clogged with roots and could not be opened and presented me a bill for the failed clean out, took my check and left. We waited for almost a week for them to give us a $2500 quote to replace the lateral. Before spending that kind of money we opted for a second quote. Problem unresolved. Workers unknowlegable and inexperienced. The owner, Dave Lange's response was rude and disrespectful. We were shocked by his lack of courtesy. Highly do not recommend Dave Lange Service and will share in detail the unprofessional experience.Service: Drain cleaning

Everyone was great. Danny was very informative, honest and professional. He really did a great job. I have had the misfortune of using other companies in the past. Every tme they left, my cesspool looked like it was never touched. Not only will I refer them to everyone I know, they also have a new lifetime customer. Thank you everyone for the best expierence anyone could have.
