Center Maintenance was nothing but professional, helpful, and innovative when helping me redesign my parking lot. I look forward to using them again in the spring for my annual seal.
Center Maintenance installed two walkways and a driveway at our house, they also installed a garbage pail holder area on the side of our property and stuccoed our foundation.
We provided Steve with the design from our architect and he came by to measure our space and gather info for an estimate. We received quotes from five other companies and Steve's quote was by far the most detailed and clear on all costs and materials. He also helped us select the perfect pavers to match the house.
Everything came out perfect. Our walkways are beautiful and the driveway came out amazing. Very high quality, great masonry work.

I had gotten multiple estimates and Steve’s was the best price wise with one unknown- there was an additional fee for replacing and cementing the Belgian block that might come loose during the rip up. With how big the job was it could make his price be way more than the others I had gotten. In the end what blocks came loose was minimal, which increased the price very little. In the end we got a quality job for a good price.
