“This was my first time going to European Wax Center. After not getting waxed in years due to a terrible experience in the past, I was so nervous. I checked online and booked my appointment. The front desk receptionist was very nice. I was checked in and met with my wax specialist Nayalyn. Nayalyn asked me questions before we started like if this was my first time and I shared with her that is was my first at this place However I didn’t have good experiences in the past with wax. She shared with me the reasons why what happened to me can happen to anyone and she let me know that she would share ways to avoid it happening in the future. We got started and Nayalyn was so gentle and took her time with me. As I braced myself for any pain I noticed that because Natalyn talked to me the whole time it took the pain away. Once everything was done I felt like a whole new person. Natalyn walked me outside and shared with me a few products I could purchase to avoid any skin issues like I had in the past. I was able to book my next appointment and receive a discount since it was my first time. I also was given another discount if I refer a friend. Thanks Nayalyn for taking good care of me. You made me a customer for life ? see you next month.“

“The Rockville Centre Sugaring NyC location has been a game changer for me. From the moment I stepped in; the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the very friendly greeters set the tone. The 2 estheticians I have booked, Kim and Diana provide great service and I’m sure all the others follow suit. I love the concept the owners are trying to cultivate, hiring young professionals, of different ethnicities to achieve their goals. The sugaring process has helped me out a lot, I have course hair and the product they use has definitely made my hair grow less and no irritation. Also it’s super quick, I’m always on the go so that’s a plus. They also have alot of availability, booking is quick and easy they try their best to accommodate everyone.

UPDATE!
My nail wrap broke within the first week plus my own nail. The polish started peeling. Very upset. Today, I went to redo my nails where I would normally go and found out my nail had fungi on it. All the years I have been doing it, this NEVER happened. Something wasn't sanitized before it was used. I had to cut down my own nails. Smh. This place is clean and the workers are very nice but maybe this salon isn't for me. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.“
