It is not the same since owners retired. I have problems making appointments & this last time, I called & asked for someone specific on a specific date/time. I repeated the woman's name which I had wrong. The person on the phone NEVER said there was no such person- I would've then been able to give description & get appropriate apt. When I showed up, I gave my name, who I was supposed to see. Then he says I had the wrong name so I pointed to her desk. She was off that day. I didn't have time to reschedule cause it was for an event. I told him what I needed done including waxing. This guy asked if I would mind someone else take care of me. Jackie’s acrylic work and designs are absolutely amazing and completed to perfection every time. I always leave here beyond pleased with my nails. I have been to numerous nail salons and I’m so happy I found her! I had lost hope after a few bad experiences elsewhere and when Jackie first did my nails it felt almost too good to be true. It still does. Not to mention most of the time I walk in not sure what to do but she always has great ideas and always stays up to date with the latest trends.

I have been going here for over a year now. I always request Jackie do to my acrylic nails and they come out amazing every time!! I still get compliments on my nails even when they’re 3 weeks old.
