Chris and the team installed forced hot air heat and central air in my home with new ductwork. Very reasonably priced and did an excellent job on both installations!!!! Office staff is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs !!

I recently had an issue with a radiant heating zone and had been told by one repair person that it would likely be a very expensive repair and that their company did not work with the radiant heat systems. I then called Fal-Ken and was given an appointment for the next day. Both the office staff and the technicians were responsive, professional and took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem. Afterwards their technician, Mike, took the time to explain what he did and then demonstrated that the system was now working properly!Service: Repair HVAC
