Love everything about this studio.....all the teachers, the classes, the friends I have made throughout the years & especially the owner, Shirley! She puts her heart, soul & compassion into her studio & to all that walk through the Essence of Yoga doors!

Brand new to Yoga here. I was looking for a true beginner class where I could learn poses properly. I tried another studio.... and knew I needed to search on. I found this beginner class with Shirley and absolutely enjoy the classes. Shirley is very watchful and very hands on... correcting poor body positioning. I am learning so much and feeling more flexible with each class. I so look forward to my Saturday morning class!
