The entire staff here is the best, very polite, professional and friendly. Dr. Chaudhry and Dr. Blank literally changed my life, I needed total upper and lower implants, and they made the process as stress-free as possible. I was a dental phobic person until I started going here. I'm so thankful I found this practice, I highly recommended them.

very difficult to get a reasonable appointment, got my teeth cleaned in early February and cannot schedule another appointment until September. I like to get my teeth cleaned three times a year but find I can't here because their so busy, also not the friendliest place.

Updated on 3/22 - office called back to give an appointment on April 7. I tried Sachem Dental in 2019 after a bad experience with another dentist. I had an appointment in mid-2000 that had to rescheduled because of COVID-19. No problem. When I was able to have an appointment, it was the end of October 2020 and we schedule an appointment for Tuesday March 23, 2021. Here is the annoying part - I received four confirmations through email and text messages staring a week ago. I called the office last week to confirm because I travel during the week. Today I receive a call that they have to reschedule because the hygienist will be out and next available is the end of July! This is unacceptable. The receptionist said to me, "It is because we only have one hygienist." This is not my issue. I hope the owner or manager reads this because other patients will. You over-confirm and then cancel!
