Tim is a hardworking, down-to-Earth guy. He spent an hour with me at our old city house sizing up the task at hand, what our options realistically are, and what's actually worthwhile to do. He listens intently to what your needs are and gives you honest and from the heart advice and solutions. Furthermore, Tim and ABS knows the Rochester and Finger Lakes region extraordinarily well and therefore has a very refined working knowledge of our area and it's particular challenges.
