I recently went back to Best Buy to get my touchscreen computer screen replaced. They refused to repair it even though I was willing to pay out of pocket and even though I had purchased the laptop there. I was stuck with a $1500 laptop which had a stripe running across the screen. The laptop is only a few years old. I found Equinox Technologies on my search engine and was helped by Tim. He ordered a new display and called me when it was delivered. I dropped it off at his shop and several hours later he had me pick up my computer. It's working better than ever.
