    I've been meaning to leave this before. This spring Phil came to see a dying ash tree whose large dying branches were hanging over my decks and real close to my house. They came a while later and I don't know how they did it, as the space they had to work in was real tight. I don't know how tall this tree was but the diameter of the base was 36". Phil took personal charge of making sure no harm came to my Japanese maples and other plantings. They took everything away even though I indicated I had some places it could be dumped.     I reached out to DiLorenzo after someone wearing their shirt showed up at my house without an appointment. Come to find out it was another company that DiLorenzo works with every now and then. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and the main reason it was bumped up to 2 stars. Due to her politeness, I decided to schedule an estimate with them instead. The appointment time came and gone without any calls. The following day I left a message. I got a call back the following day by the woman again, who apologized, and said that the area is covered by Arbor Tree services and didn't want to encroach on their areas.     They came in and got to work right away! We had 32 trees and most places that said it will take 2-3 days to do, they were able to get it all done within a day. The workers never skipped a beat and my wife and I would recommend them again in a heart beat! Thanks for all the hard work.-Ryan
