Stephanie is a great office manager Jay & Sam are great technicians (I think his name was Bob )carefully removed trash . The guys worked together and explained to me any questions I had. Excellent customer service. They came same day and issue was resolved. The gentleman that worked on my AC unit was very kind and knowledgeable. I'll definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Xtraire has great customer service - they are kind and responsive. Our experience with the workmen has been inconsistent - most efforts required repeated visits but ultimately it worked out.
