5 stars to Wind Service!! We used them this past week for a broken washing machine. The service tech, Caesar was on time for the appointment, polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. When I called to schedule the service, they were very nice on the phone also. Highly recommend this company in the future for all repair needs!

David came out to take a look at our double wall oven, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism. With over 30 years of experience, he clearly knows his craft inside and out. He took his time carefully diagnosing the issue, ruling out every possible cause before suggesting any repairs. He wanted to be absolutely sure of the problem and made sure we didn’t waste money on unnecessary parts. David was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough — a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants honest, top-quality service!

Paul, the technician, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly checked the unit (even lifted it up and looked underneath the washing machine.) I am so glad that he investigated the unit, ran a cycle as I requested, and made suggestions as to how to prevent any future issues. Thank you, Paul, for your patience and reliable professionalism in servicing our washer. We hope you come back, should there be an issue again.
