I have been a Petro customer for Home Heating Oil for over 20 years. I did use a company or two in between for a season or two, but always went back to Petro because their service, commitment and knowledge of heating oil systems is excellent. They always maintained my system and logged all the details for the service and repairs. The technicians and customer service teams are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive to my needs. Petros pricing may be a little high compared to some others but their overall professionalism and timeliness to my support calls is second to none!

I have used Petro Home services for the past 22 years. In that time I have had multiple emergency service calls in all weather conditions and times of day & night. They have always responded quickly and fixed my problem. Every year they contact me and go over my contract which deals with pricing and service. They offer choices that I am free to choose from and then send me a hard copy for my files. In all this time, I have had no reason to look elsewhere for my oil. I highly recommend them.

There's one thing I ll say, Petro's boiler mechanics/plumbers are QUALITY PEOPLE who KNOW what they are doing! They are quality people doing quality work who enjoy their jobs. I have been seeing them do the included tune ups for years! Special thanks today to Petro Oil boiler mechanic Patrick technician # 659 who impressed me! Thank you Patrick for spending the extra time and explaining everything and also given me the advice on my next home which has an old steam Boiler. Thank you Petro for sending Patrick!
