“We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and were in need of a plumber. I called Gold Star and hung up when there wasn't an answer but they called right back! They had a plumber one town over who ended up at my house 10 minutes after I called dispatch. Christian was great and explained everything that needed to be done. They will be back here in the spring to complete the fix but for now things are holding steady thanks to Christian's experise. After Christian left, dispatch called to confirm we were happy with the work. They also sent us a pdf receipt to show what we were charged, Honesty? The prices were great and I do not understand the other reviews saying otherwise.“
